The Ministry of Education, in response to the 2015 Auditor General’s report, has requested that OECM explore opportunities to provide provincial, standardized school bus rider safety training modules, which could potentially be available to all school boards in Ontario.
In support of its research, OECM has released an RFI to obtain feedback on interest in and opportunities for provincial, standardized school bus rider safety. The RFI (and corresponding appendices) for School Bus Safety Training for Students can be found here.
