Expiration: March 31, 2028. OECM has the option to extend the Master Agreement for one period of up to four (4) additional years, and a subsequent period of up to two (2) additional years.

Custodial and Janitorial Supplies, Equipment, and Related Services

Note: This agreement is a re-tender of the Custodial Supplies and Equipment agreement. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with your preferred awarded Supplier(s) below. If Customers require any documents from the previous agreements, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.

OECM is pleased to introduce our newly improved and re-tendered Custodial and Janitorial Supplies, Equipment, and Related Services agreement to our Marketplace.

The agreement offers a selection of custodial and janitorial supplies and equipment, as well as cleaning products and chemicals. The retendered agreement provides new optional programs and three additional product categories: New Technologies and Solutions, Laundry and Dishwashing, and Air Care Products.

What You’ll Get

Cleaning and Maintenance Solutions

  • Custodial and janitorial equipment and tools, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, burnishers, electrostatic sprayers, pressure washers, and related parts essential for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance
  • Dispensers and hygiene solutions, including a selection of universal and proprietary, manual and automatic dispensers (chemicals, hand sanitizer, soap, paper products), and hand and skin care products (lotions, shower gel)

Facility Essentials

  • Waste management and floor care, including durable garbage bags with floor finishers
  • Safety and comfort enhancements, including matting for entrance areas and critical points, ice melt products, along with expanded personal hygiene products such as baby changing stations and protective covers

Paper Products, Disposables, and Personal Protective Equipment

  • Paper products and disposables, including essential consumables such as facial tissues, towels, and toilet paper
  • Personal protective equipment, including gloves, gowns and coveralls, face shields, glasses, masks and more

New Technologies and Miscellaneous Supplies

  • Custodial and janitorial software tools and Internet of Things (IoT) devices such as smart dispensers, devices with sensors, and monitors
  • Miscellaneous items such as batteries, CCTV cameras, gardening tools, and safety equipment, addressing a wide array of facility maintenance tasks

Laundry and Dishwashing Products

  • Liquid and powder laundry soap, liquid dish soap, and commercial dishwasher detergents

Air Care Products

  • Air Care products, including air purifiers, sanitizers, fresheners, filters, and related accessories

Optional Programs

  • Some optional programs include equipment rental and leasing, equipment rent-to-own, entrance mat cleaning and installation, microfiber cloth cleaning, mop rentals and more

Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
