Collaboration and partnerships are key to navigating supply chain challenges. This session will focus on the increasing value of collaboration and strategic partnerships amongst and between the education sector, other BPS sectors, and collaborative procurement organizations, to tackle business and supply chain challenges.
The pandemic has forced organizations to pivot and adapt to many global supply chain issues. OECM has played a pivotal role in assisting both customers and supplier partners to work collaboratively in navigating these challenges. OECM will share examples of the strategies and tactics to bridge the gap.
