DJ Peat Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd is a local company, experienced in flat roofing for over 49 years. We are a community driven company, our yard is in Annan, Ontario, which is just a few minutes east of Owen Sound. Our crews work within the Simcoe, Grey, Bruce, Perth, Wellington, and Huron counties. Because we ensure jobs are done right the first time, we maintain long standing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and roofing consultants.

Our company follows a very structured organizational pattern when handling all jobs.  Which starts with our estimating team and ends with our roofing foremen and their crews finishing the job on time and on budget. We provide the following services in flat roofing, -single ply, modified bitumen, built up roofing, and decking membranes. DJ Peat also provides the following services – metal systems, inspection and repair, roof maintenance, emergency service.

DJ Peat has performed many roofing projects and repairs for Bluewater District School Board, Grey Bruce Catholic School Board, and Simcoe County District School Board. We also work on many projects with the City of Owen Sound, and Grey County.

We are current members of OIRCA, GVCA and CRCA.
