The Voice of OECM Customers
As part of our Customer-Centric Service Delivery Framework, in 2018 OECM introduced the Customer Council Committee (CCC). The CCC was created to provide strategic input to OECM regarding our customer-centric products and services, delivery strategy, customer and supplier relationship management.
Ten senior leaders from the education sector (School Boards, Colleges & Universities), and four Board member representatives, sit on the CCC. We’re grateful and thankful for their dedication, effort and support to OECM and our customers.
