The updated pricing will apply until the current agreement expires on March 27, 2026.

The following suppliers have already refreshed their prices effective September 28, 2025: CMG Office Interiors, GPS Products Inc. dba Alumni Educational Solutions, POI Business Interiors LP, Schoolhouse Products Inc., and Staples Canada ULC dba Staples Professional.

Transition to the new agreement!

Customers are encouraged to transition to the newly re-tendered Furniture, Mattresses and Related Services agreement. This agreement combines three (3) previous OECM furniture agreements into a single, streamlined solution – providing office, education, and residence furniture, as well as mattresses and sleep accessories.
