The Ontario Public Buyers Association (OPBA) is hosting a new, in-person leadership development experience designed for senior procurement leaders with people-management responsibilities.
Leading a procurement team often means navigating difficult conversations — performance issues, accountability, and team dynamics that require more than process and policy.
This interactive session focuses on practical leadership tools for real workplace situations, including:
- Coaching strategies to build accountability and engagement
- Delivering clear, empathetic feedback
- Addressing resistance or defensiveness
- Navigating performance discussions with confidence
The session will be facilitated by Nicole North (Whiteboard Learning), who works with leaders across organizations to strengthen communication and team effectiveness.
