OECM is committed to fostering sustainable practices and building stronger communities through our dedication to Environmental, Social, Governance, and Indigenous (ESGI) engagement and community relations as key principles and pillars of our approach. We encourage practices that support sustainability, responsible governance, and positive community impact.

As part of the 2025 Supplier Recognition Program (SRP) evaluation methodology, Supplier Partners were assessed on their alignment with OECM’s ESGI priorities. This evaluation included a review of supplier-submitted information related to ESGI policies, initiatives, partnerships, and outcomes. These submissions provided the basis for the aggregated results highlighted below.

This year’s results showcase a broad range of supplier-led efforts, including social procurement, climate change transition, circular economy practices, community investment, human capital management, data security and privacy, ESG governance, Indigenous business participation, and Indigenous community support.

These achievements reflect the important role Supplier Partners play in supporting more sustainable operations, inclusive economic opportunities, stronger communities, responsible governance, and long-term value across the public sector supply chain.
