Agreement Extension 

Supplier Partner: Hammond Transportation Ltd.  
New Expiry Date: July 31, 2029 

OECM has exercised the three (3) year extension option under the Master Agreement with Hammond Transportation Ltd. 

OECM has the option to extend the Master Agreement for a subsequent period of up to two (2) years. 

Price Refresh 

Supplier Partners: Century Transportation Ltd., Hammond Transportation Ltd., Stock Transportation Ltd.  

Price refresh due to inflationary pressures affecting transportation service delivery, including rising insurance rates, increasing vehicle parts and labour costs, and the cost of new vehicles. 

Remaining Supplier Partners: Will maintain current rates until the next price refresh opportunity. 
Next Refresh Opportunity: August 1, 2027 

Resource Refresh 

Supplier Partners: Great Canadian Coaches Inc., Stock Transportation Ltd. 

The following resource updates have been made: 

• Stock Transportation Ltd. will no longer provide services in Zone 8 due to permanent closure of its Kingston location. 

• Great Canadian Coaches Inc. will now provide services in Zone 8.
