Following the execution of a Consent to Assignment, Fishburn Sheridan & Associates Ltd. now operates as MTE Consultants Inc.

The Master Agreement and related agreement documents have been amended and reassigned to MTE Consultants Inc. The existing terms, geographical coverage and expiry date under the Master Agreement with Fishburn Sheridan & Associates Ltd. remain unchanged.

We advise customers with an existing Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) with Fishburn Sheridan & Associates Ltd. to:

• Amend their existing CSA and assign to MTE Consultants Inc., or
• Execute a new CSA with MTE Consultants Inc.
