Throughout the session, OECM will share leading practices on key industry trends, tools and strategies, as well as strategic government initiatives related to Supply Chain to support School Boards in these unprecedented times with the focus on savings, operational efficiencies and innovation.
Participants will learn about:
- A new, time-limited COVID-19 Resiliency Infrastructure Stream (CVRIS) initiative to support School Boards in their procurement requirements to drive savings and efficiencies and optimize spend:
- Spotlight on how OECM is working collaboratively with school boards across Ontario, the Ministry of Education and its supplier partners to streamline procurements, in compliance with the BPS Directives and other trade agreements; and in alignment with school boards’ immediate CVRIS needs
- Quick wins, lessons learned and opportunities underway
