Getting Started with Euna Procurement (Bonfire)

How do I register for Bonfire?

Suppliers (vendors) can register at https://oecm.bonfirehub.ca/ (click Register in the top right hand side of page). Please note that if you are a registered supplier with Euna Supplier Network, you are still required to register with OECM’s unique portal link to ensure you can access OECM’s upcoming opportunities.

Is there a cost to register as a vendor?

No. Vendor/supplier registration on Euna Procurement is free. There is no cost for a vendor/supplier to view, download and respond to a solicitation.

Will I need to re-register if I registered with your previous system, OTP?

Yes. A new account is required in Euna Procurement. However, your registration only needs to be completed once, you can then respond to any of our future solicitations.

How will I know when new opportunities are posted?

Once registered, you can set notification preferences by commodity codes and keywords so you receive automatic email alerts when relevant opportunities are published.

Can I register on behalf of my company, or does each person need their own account?

One company profile should be created per organization. Once your company is registered, you can invite additional team members to join your vendor account, or team members can find your vendor account via domain search when registering.

If we are an existing Supplier registered in Euna, do you have to register again for OECM Euna Procurement link?

Yes, a one-time registration with OECM is required. Euna operates on a two-tier system: your global Euna Supplier Network account exists across all agencies on the platform, but each agency maintains its own vendor/supplier registry with their specific requirements. When you visit OECM’s portal for the first time, your existing Euna account will be recognized; you’ll just need to complete OECM’s registration fields to be active in OECM’s vendor community.
