How does the Customer Council Committee serve OECM?


OECM’s Customer Council Committee serves as a direct conduit for customer engagement and influence at the Board level. The Committee ensures that our customers receive a greater degree of transparency, accountability and reporting on business performance related to business results, customer-centric performance metrics and service delivery. As well, the CCC helps better position OECM to deliver the right messages, to the right customers/stakeholders at the right times, and through the most appropriate channels.
