OECM is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Sin as Director, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Since joining OECM in June 2018, Justin has steadily built a distinguished record of achievement across multiple roles, including Senior Contract Analyst, Category Manager, and, most recently, Senior Manager, SRM.
Justin has been instrumental in shaping and strengthening OECM’s IT portfolio, where his guidance and analytical insight have contributed significantly to supplier performance, improved contract governance, and enhanced category strategy. His experience, leadership, and vision will play a central role as OECM continues developing SRM into a centre of excellence in supplier and contract management, reinforcing value for customers and suppliers across Ontario’s broader public sector.
