Inside the Doors of OECM: Meet the Customer Support Team!

In the Winter edition of our OECM Connection newsletter, we introduced you to our first Inside the Doors of OECM feature. In this issue, we are pleased to introduce our Customer Support team, who is providing support during this unprecedented time.

Led by Director of Customer Relationship Management, Sonia Gallo, OECM’s Customer Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring the interests, needs and feedback from OECM’s customers are addressed effectively and efficiently. “This has proved to be especially true during the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Sonia. “The team regularly engages with customers to facilitate meaningful customer experiences. Communication during this time is key, so the team also ensures that they are sharing timely updates through OECM’s weekly COVID-19 Customer Newsletter and other ongoing communications.
