OECM is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Crumm, Director, Indirect Tax – Public Sector, Deloitte, to OECM’s Supplier Partner Council (SPC), effective April 2026. Bill joins the committee with over 20 years of experience in higher education and is a seasoned Finance leader in the public sector. He understands the complexities and current landscape public institutions are navigating within Canada.

Bill’s background: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA); Bachelor of Business Administration, with a Concentration in Finance, Honours Co-op, Brock University.
OECM’s SPC serves as a direct conduit for communication and supplier engagement with OECM’s supplier partners. SPC members provide supplier insights into emerging trends and issues pertinent to the public sector procurement landscape, as well as evolving trends and priorities across various industries.
