Customer: Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB)
Supplier Partner: Brezach Solutions
Project: Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) enlisted Brezach Solutions to redesign classrooms that honour the community’s cultural heritage and provide environments that inspire learning and well-being. Guided by Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, the final plan prioritizes adaptability through flexible furniture and varied seating options to personalize learning. Flexible furniture is designed to allow the end users to easily rearrange rooms for different uses and the furniture pieces are sometimes designed to be used in multiple ways for different purposes.
Collaborative spaces support group activities and dynamic teacher-led sessions. Outdoor areas with diverse textures and colors enhance sensory and spiritual engagement, connecting students to nature.




Customer: Carleton University
Supplier Partner: Foliot Furniture Inc.
Project: Foliot Furniture Inc. delivered a significant upgrade in dormitory furnishings for Carleton University, including the removal of old beds and installation of new beds on the same day. The newly installed beds offered twice as much under-bed storage as the old models, providing space efficiency for students. Foliot donated the old beds to a local charity, Furniture Bank Ottawa aligning with Carleton’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Customer: Collège Boréal Distillery Campus
Supplier Partner: Hollend Furnishings Ltd.
Project: Hollend Furnishings Ltd. was enlisted to source, design, space plan, and install the furniture for Collège Boréal’s Distillery Campus. The furniture and materials align with the building’s character, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful design in creating inspiring spaces.




Customer: Toronto Public Library Bridlewood Branch
Supplier Partner: Patrick Cassidy and Associates Inc.
Project: Patrick Cassidy and Associates Inc.’s design team partnered with Toronto Public Library and Ken Fukushima Architects to develop functional and durable furniture for the relocated Bridlewood Branch, which is located in a former supermarket within Bridlewood Mall. The design priorities for this 18,300 square foot space included an open floor plan, increased study seating, quiet spaces, large programming and meeting rooms, youth areas to play and work on homework, and integrating technology. The new branch opened to the public in November 2024.

Project: Staples Professional assisted in transforming two floors of Fanshawe College’s Innovation Village to create a more collaborative and encompassing space for the student population.
