NIGP Forum 2023

From August 20-23, OECM’s executive team members took their knowledge and expertise south of the border to attend the Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) Forum in Louisville, Kentucky. The Forum provided a valuable opportunity for OECM to showcase our expansive roster of products and services to a new audience of procurement professionals with an exhibitor booth, while our Director of Communications and Customer Relations, Sonia Gallo, and Director of Supplier Relationship Management, Khusen Shukurov, participated in several information sessions and networking opportunities.  

The event proved successful with its well-attended exhibitor area, which facilitated several new collaborative opportunities with procurement professionals, government officials, and other stakeholders who play a crucial role in the procurement process. This Forum also provided OECM with insights on the changing procurement landscape to consider as we continue developing and refining services to accommodate the needs of our customers. Developments in public procurement policies, regulations, and technologies were explored through panel discussions led by industry experts and informative sessions about the latest trends and best practices in public procurement. OECM was proud to showcase its products and services while connecting with the evolving national and international procurement landscape.
