OECM Names new Leadership Team
To further strengthen OECM’s executive-level leadership and strategy, along with support to our valued customers and supplier partners, OECM has appointed the following positions:
Sonia Gallo, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Transformation
Sonia is leading OECM’s strategic direction, and overseeing our government relations, partnerships, and business operations. Sonia’s extensive background and 20+ years in both the public and private sectors, as well as her experience in board governance, make her very well-suited for this role.
Khusen Shukurov, Vice President, Operations
Khusen oversees the Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, and Customer Relationship Management functions. With over a decade of experience in public procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management across various sectors, Khusen brings expertise and leadership to this position.
Ben Hamilton, Vice President, Government Relations and Partnerships
A seasoned executive, Ben comes to OECM with extensive experience across private, government, and not-for-profit sectors. In his role, Ben is leading our government relations strategy, working to build and strengthen partnerships across different sectors. Ben is also overseeing OECM’s Business Development Team.
Shelly Ann Henry, Director, Customer Relationship Management
Shelly Ann has been an integral part of OECM since 2016, and has been leading CRM initiatives since 2019. She focuses on developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Shelly Ann’s leadership in implementing OECM’s first CRM system, along with her success in facilitating major events such as the Procurement Summit, has been exceptional. Her customer-centric approach and proven ability to lead successful projects make her a natural fit to lead the CRM function at OECM. In this role, Shelly Ann is also overseeing the Marketing and Communications Team.
Patrice Likamshum, Director, Business Development
Patrice has a strong background in strategic business development. At OECM, he has led projects that have resulted in significant business growth. With a proven track record in business development, Patrice’s expertise will be critical in driving OECM’s business development strategies and exploring new opportunities for growth. His strategic vision and ability to deliver value align perfectly with the direction of our organization.
Tibor Galambos, Director, Supplier Relationship Management
Tibor brings over 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management. Tibor’s previous experience at Plexxus, where he collaborated with hospital C-Suite executives and managed multi-million-dollar contracts, positions him a to lead OECM’s Supplier Relationship Management team. His strong background in managing large portfolios and driving cost-saving initiatives will be invaluable to our team, and to further support our supplier partners’ success.
