Price refresh due to maximum year-on-year escalation percentage as outlined in the agreement (Schedule 1 – Appendix B (Rates)). The increase does not impact existing customers. 

Remaining Supplier Partner: VitalHub Corp. has opted out of the price refresh and will maintain current rates until the next price refresh opportunity.

AlayaCare Inc. has made the following updates to its offerings: 

• Removal of Concurrent License Subscription (Floating) – SaaS and Enterprise License Subscription (Perpetual) – SaaS, as these licensing models are no longer supported. 

• Addition of AI – Speech to Form (AI Scribe). 

• Addition of Layla AI Chatbot.
