Following the execution of a Consent to Assignment, Alpha-Vico Inc. now operates as Alpha-Vico Ontario Inc.

The Master Agreement, price list, and related agreement documents have been amended and reassigned to Alpha-Vico Ontario Inc. All products, services, regions served, customer contacts and supplier obligations under the Master Agreement with Alpha-Vico Inc. remain unchanged.

We advise customers with an existing Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) with Alpha-Vico Inc. to:

• Amend their existing CSA and assign to Alpha-Vico Ontario Inc., or
• Execute a new CSA with Alpha-Vico Ontario Inc.
