Aki Infotech notified OECM it had acquired ITNet and requested to update the supplier name under OECM’s Indigenous Marketplace, from Aki Infotech to ITNet.

Aki Infotech’s ownership and control structure remain unchanged following the acquisition, and the company continues to be Indigenous-owned.

The Master Agreement and Customer-Supplier Agreement template has been amended to reflect the supplier’s name as ITnet. All prices, warranties, and supplier obligations under the Master Agreement with Aki Infotech remain unchanged.

Customer impact: No action is required from customers.
