Price refresh due to changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and other supplier cost adjustments, where applicable.

- OECM is currently in discussions with Compugen Inc. regarding its price refresh. An update will be provided once negotiations have been finalized.
- Remaining supplier partners will maintain current pricing until the next price refresh opportunity.

Product Refresh
Supplier Partners: Epson Canada Ltd., PrintersPlus Ltd., Ricoh Canada Inc., Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd., Xerox Canada Ltd.
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
The following Supplier Partners have updated their product offerings:
Epson Canada Ltd.
- Replaced the WF-M5399 and WF-M5899 models with new models.
- Removed eight (8) discontinued SKUs and replaced with three (3) replacement SKUs.
- Added fifteen (15) new models to the Supplier Product Catalogue.
PrintersPlus Ltd.
- Removed eight (8) discontinued SKUs from the Supplier Product Catalogue and replaced with four (4) replacement SKUs.
- Updated the Supplier Accessories Catalogue to include compatible Brother toner cartridges in place of OEM Brother products.
- Removed the 4-hour response time warranty option for affected A4 Purchase + Extended Warranty models, as this option is no longer available.
Ricoh Canada Inc.
- Replaced five (5) discontinued models with new models across the following price lists:
- MFDs Operating Lease + CPP
- MFDs Outright Purchase + CPP
Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd.
- Replaced six (6) discontinued SKUs with new SKUs across:
- MFDs Outright Purchase + CPP
- A4 Operating Lease + CPP
- A4 Purchase + Extended Warranty
Xerox Canada Ltd.
- Removed eight (8) discontinued SKUs from the Supplier Product Catalogue.
- Removed twenty-six (26) discontinued SKUs from the Supplier Accessories Catalogue.
