Capital Office Interiors Limited (COI) was incorporated March 11th, 1974 and has been a Steelcase dealer since inception. COI is the sole Steelcase dealer for the National Capital Region and Eastern Ontario and has been a Global Furniture dealer for over 25 years.
COI has proven longevity and are a trusted partner of many of the region’s largest public, educational and private corporations, some of whom have been doing business with them for over 20 years. COI supplies evidence-based knowledge, planning services, furniture products and on-going service to public school boards, colleges and the Universities in the NCR and Eastern Ontario.

Capital Office Interiors adopted an Adaptive Leadership structure in 2015. This sequential cycle of learning and adaptation results in a better understanding and deployment of resources. Capital Office Interiors’ management personnel meet weekly to review Key Performance Indicators which have been developed for the systems within the organization. Capital Office Interiors’ KPIs include measurements of response times, accuracy, process adherence, and financial fitness.
