ICI Roofing Limited was formed in 1991 and is a strong and viable Company, due to the vast experience and knowledge of our key personal.

Our firm has the ability, experience, and financial capacity to complete projects both large and small, we have approx. 18 long term personal working in the field and 4 office staff to meet all of the needs of our clients. We have our own in-house sheet metal shop, 8 roofing crew vehicles, 7 asphalt kettles, equipment to install and repair cold applied built-up roofing, equipment to install modified bitumen roofing and the equipment to install all types of single ply roofing. We also carry a very large inventory of all roof membrane types. We are recognized by most major roofing manufactures to provide long term labour, material, and workmanship warranties. We have the ability to provide Labour and Material and Performance Bonds for projects in excess of 1 million dollars.

All of our staff have experience working at facilities that include, hospitals, schools, colleges and universities, office buildings, churches, seniors’ homes and residential buildings.
