With a growing chain of 26 retail stores, as well as a fleet of over 20 mobile stores, we have built our business not only on providing the broadest collection of safety boots and shoes available in today’s market, but more importantly, on maintaining the highest level of service possible within our experience and capability. Over 65% of the current overall business is done on direct bill Business to Business accounts. We have extensive experience servicing the public sector, from customers in education to hydroelectricity. Our Business Development Managers use their industry knowledge and product expertise to collaborate with organizations, building their safety footwear programs in a way that works best for them. This includes onsite walk throughs and consultations on product, customized verification systems, (i.e. vouchers and uploaded employee lists), and customized billing to suit our customer’s needs, such as consolidated invoicing on a monthly basis.
