Springwall gives OECM clients exceptional service and quality product with a dedicated account manager, Jordanna Caine, and very capable long term customer service lead, Kate Marecki. The Director of Manufacturing operates out of the Mississauga plant which is the largest of the 3 Springwall production plants.

There is an open line of communication between Director of manufacturing, customer service and account manager. Communication is key to exceptional customer service.
