Trio’s employees are members of the Roofers and Sheet Metal Union Local 30. We are fully bonded and carry $20,000,000.00 liability insurance on all our projects.

We are COR Certified. We are also a member in good standing with AMCO, CRCA, OIRCA, ContractorCheck, IIBEC, ISN Network and TCA.

We are well experienced with all methods and applications of safe roofing practices. We specialize in replacement, new construction, rehabilitation, Maintenance and repairs of existing roofs, for Industrial, Commercial, High Rise Residential, Municipal, Institutional and Medical buildings in a variety of applications.

Our Owners/Management team consists of Doug Maikawa – President (34 years of roofing experience), Joel Vieira – Treasurer (35 years of roofing experience) and Paulo Vieira – Secretary (26 years of roofing experience).

We have 13 office staff, 4 roofing crews, 3 service crews and 1 sheet metal crew. Our office staffs have a minimum of 5 years experiences, all of our foreman have 15+ years experiences, and our roofing crews experience varies from 5 years – 20 years within the roofing industry.
