Founded in 1993, TSS Building Science is a Canadian Owned and Privately Held design and consulting company, headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario. At its core, TSS is a dynamic team of goal-oriented engineers, technologists, designers, and managers, focused on our clients’ needs. TSS is a national provider of building envelope, roofing, and waterproofing consulting services and has successfully completed a wide variety of projects across Canada.

We provide industrial, commercial, and institutional clients with experienced and qualified designers and construction observers to ensure both the design and the work completed meets material and installation specifications. We have standing agreements to provide building envelope consulting services to various municipalities, school boards, long term care, and other entities in the MUSH sector.
