- Disability Management (STD claim intake, adjudication support, ongoing case management, RTW planning, and proactive LTD transition support);
- Workers’ Compensation Claim Management (WSIB claim administration, documentation controls, stakeholder communication, RTW coordination, and objection/appeal support when required); and
- Legislative Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration (centralized intake, eligibility determination, documentation tracking, automated notifications, compliance controls, and coordinated return-to-work following leave completion).
