The Automated Calling and Scheduling Systems project, net-new to OECM, will aim to establish a new procurement solution for school boards and other public-sector organizations to manage staff absences, automated callouts, and scheduling, enabling organizations to quickly notify and assign substitutes through phone, web, and mobile tools, improving operational efficiency and service continuity.
In addition, the project will explore scheduling software solutions for municipalities, and other broader public sector organizations to support shift scheduling, workforce availability, and real-time coverage management.

Career Fair Software
The upcoming Career Fair Software agreement is designed to provide comprehensive digital tools and related services that assist with the planning, delivery, and management of career fair events. This agreement will offer a wide range of capabilities, from event setup, registration, and exhibitor management to engagement tools, analytics, technical support, and post-event reporting. It will also offer flexible deployment options for virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, ensuring OECM is meeting the various needs of its Customers.
