This OECM agreement provides Customers with access to trusted, end-to-end disability and workplace health management services that support employee wellbeing and operational efficiency. Through a single, competitively sourced agreement, Customers can access a range of services including disability management, workers’ compensation claim management, employee and family assistance programs (EFAP), and legislative leave of absence administration. These services help organizations manage health-related absences, support timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and reduce administrative complexity—while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across Ontario.

Playground, Play Structures and Related Services

OECM is pleased to introduce our upcoming Playground, Play Structures and Related Services agreement, designed to provide a comprehensive suite of playground related products and services for various aged cohorts and functionality. This agreement will offer a wide range of services from site assessment, decommissioning, and preparation to project design, supply and installation, initial third-party inspection services, warranty, along with standalone products ensuring OECM is meeting the evolving interests of its customers.

Banking Services

OECM's newly re-tendered Banking Services agreement provides access to specialized banking solutions tailored to help organizations manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and streamline financial processes. These services include cash and liquidity management, online banking, fraud prevention, and a range of short-term borrowing options, offering flexibility and efficiency for both colleges and public sector customers.

AI Software

The AI Software and Related Services RFP is a net new agreement. This initiative will be designed to identify innovative, secure, and scalable artificial intelligence solutions that can enhance business operations, decision-making, and customer experiences. The RFP will cover a broad range of AI capabilities, including—but not limited to—data analytics, machine learning, generative AI, automation, natural language processing, and intelligent decision support. In addition to software solutions, OECM will also seek related professional services, including implementation, integration, customization, training, ongoing support, and governance. Our goal is to award Suppliers who demonstrate technical excellence, responsible AI practices, strong security and compliance standards, and a clear roadmap for innovation, delivering measurable value and long-term impact.
