EPI Fire Protection Inc (EPI) is a locally owned and operated company that has been servicing the Greater Toronto Area since 1991 with its focus on the inspection, installation, repair, and general maintenance of the following Life Safety Systems: Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Pre-Action, Extinguishers, Fire Hoses, Fire Pump, Fire Standpipe, Emergency Lighting, and Kitchen Suppression.  EPI has been providing these professional services for 30 years, providing annual and periodic inspections and testing of the aforementioned life safety systems. 

EPI has an experienced core of technicians and office personnel currently providing life safety maintenance services at Greater Toronto Area Municipalities, School Boards, and a variety of other public and privately owned and/or managed facilities.  EPI has provided services to these public entities for over 5 and 10 years in some cases.  EPI is able to accommodate the need to perform work after-hours work to prevent interruptions to normal operations, meet deadlines to ensure compliance in a timely manner, and follow access restrictions while providing service.  

EPI has developed a sophisticated and competent office operational apparatus staffed by skilled personnel, both admin and management ensuring that all aspects of contracts are being rigorously adhered too.  The EPI office and management team anchors and compliments a veteran group of experienced licensed technicians that services EPI’s client’s buildings on an ongoing and regular basis.
