Founded in 2001, OH Environmental Inc., operating as OHE Consultants (OHE), is a privately owned Canadian company with their head office located in Mississauga, Ontario and a network of satellite offices in the following provinces across Canada: Ontario (Peterborough, Mississauga, Ajax), Quebec (Hull-Ottawa and Montreal), British Columbia (Vancouver), Alberta (Calgary) and Nova Scotia (Halifax).
OHE is a multidisciplinary firm which is supported by a qualified team of over fifty (50) full time employees that specialize in providing consulting services in the field of Hazardous Materials, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Engineering and Building Science Engineering. OHE has provided such services to a wide base of clientele including government agencies and municipalities, educational institutions, retail companies and facilities, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, insurance and legal clients as well as property management groups.

A large part of the services provided by OHE involves preparation of contracts and specifications, bid evaluation, project management and supervision including site inspection and verification testing and sampling. Additional specialty engineering services include risk management, forensic engineering, confined space management, water/wastewater engineering, pollution prevention, auditing and construction health and safety supervision and management.
OHE brings a 22-year track record of proven consulting services for numerous provincially and federally regulated facilities involving various projects, departments and contracts. Over the years, OHE has a developed a deep appreciation for facility-specific challenges, various corporate cultures and the intricacies of the buildings’ various construction eras and designs. OHE is also highly experienced in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and appreciates the need for a specialized approach to project execution and management. OHE’s experience and integrated services allow them to deliver responsive, reliable, innovative and comprehensive solutions to their clients.
OHE’s Project Team are members in good standing with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC Canada), Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists (CRBOH), Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario (OHAO), American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Environmental Abatement Council of Canada (EACC). Their staff qualifications currently consist of Certified Industrial Hygienists/Registered Occupational Hygienists (CIH/ROHs), Professional Engineers (P.Eng.), Occupational Hygienists, Senior Project Consultants (Project Managers), Project Consultants (field technical staff), Health and Safety Specialists and Project Coordinators, in addition to Administrative Support Staff.
