Peritus Environmental Consultants Inc. (Peritus) is a consulting firm that provides a broad range of environmental engineering services. Peritus’s services include Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), hydrogeological investigations, fate and transport of contaminant modelling, remediation options and strategies, site remediation, risk assessments and risk management measures, records of site condition, monitoring of certificate of property use (CPU) requirements, permits and regulatory approvals (including Environmental Compliance Approvals and Permits to Take Water), designated substances surveys (DSSs), indoor air quality assessments, mould assessments and underground storage tank (UST) decommissioning.

Peritus was incorporated in 2009 and is an operating member of the C3 Group of Companies (the C3 Group). Peritus’s parent company, the C3 Group has been operating since 1973. It is a multi-discipline engineering and contracting organization, comprised of a number of smaller companies that work independently while sharing central resources such as accounting, human resources and information technology.
