Sell your surplus assets, such as furniture, vehicles/fleet, heavy equipment, IT hardware, and more, through an accessible online auction process. Promote sustainability by extending the surplus items’ product life cycle and curb excess waste.

- Surplus items are stored at the customer’s site until the online auction process is completed
- Access to Autogavel©, an online auction marketplace available on mobile applications and the Google Play store
Note: In the rare case that auction items do not result in a sale, the supplier will work with the customer to identify the most environmentally sound approach for asset disposal.
Category B: Auctioneer Site Method
- Surplus items are transported to and stored at the supplier partner’s site until the completion of the auction
- A centrally located storage facility in Innisfil, with three other satellite locations in Ottawa, London, and Thunder Bay
- Access to Autogavel©, an online auction marketplace available on mobile applications and the Google Play store

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey
As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
