Math Skills Digital Tools Systems and Related Services

Comprehensive digital learning systems aligned with the Ontario Mathematics curriculum, designed to support the development of math skills for Ontario students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

This re-tendered agreement supports bilingual (English and/or French) systems designed for in-class, remote, or blended learning environments, helping educators deliver consistent instruction, assessment, and support for student progress.

The Ministry of Education has encouraged Ontario school boards to leverage this agreement.

This agreement is part of the Digital Learning Tools offering available to Ontario’s education sector through OECM and has been developed in consultation with the Ministry of Education (MEDU), Educational Computing Network of Ontario (ECNO), and various District School Boards across the province.

This agreement is a re-tender of the Math Skills Digital Tools (#2020-369) agreement. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the Math Skills Digital Tools (#2020-369) agreement remains valid until December 7, 2026. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with your preferred awarded supplier(s). If customers require any documents from the previous agreements, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.

  • Systems that can provide specific assistive technology or diagnostic support, as applicable.
  • In-class and remote learning support that enable parents and educators to monitor student success, including online tutoring, reporting tools, and digital manipulatives.
  • Progress reports for both self-initiated and teacher-assigned activities, available through a single, easy-to-view dashboard.

Ontario Curriculum Alignment and Bilingual Offerings

  • Systems that are available in both English and/or French
  • Systems provided under this agreement are designed to comply with the Ontario Mathematics curriculum for the applicable grade levels, including:
    • The Ontario Curriculum, Grades 1–8: Mathematics (2020)
    • The Ontario Curriculum, Grades 9 and 10: Mathematics (2005, revised)
    • The Ontario Curriculum, Grade 9: Mathematics – Mathematics Transfer Course, Applied to Academic (2021)
    • The Ontario Curriculum, Grades 11 and 12: Mathematics (2007, revised)
  • Systems are expected to remain compliant as curriculum requirements evolve.

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey

As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
