What’s New in the 2026 SRP
The 2026 SRP is now underway, with updates designed to better reflect what matters most to customers:
Stronger focus on customer experience: The evaluation has been enhanced to place greater emphasis on verified customer feedback.
Innovation added to strategic alignment: In addition to ESGI, Innovation is now included to recognize supplier-led solutions that deliver measurable value and improved outcomes for customers.
