Navigating Joint Capital Development: A Roadmap

Supplier Webinar

Joint capital development projects with multiple organizations can be riddled with problems if proper planning doesn’t happen from the onset. A variety of challenges such as establishing stakeholder and contract governance, navigating municipal and education partners and approvals, heightened communication requirements, and development of operational agreements adds complexity and can constrain the ability to finish the project on time and within budget.
