OECM’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is currently conducting business reviews with customers for the 2021 Supplier Recognition Program (SRP). CRM team members are collecting feedback from customers on our participating supplier partners in five areas of assessment. After a rigorous review has been completed, OECM will formally announce the Platinum, Gold and Silver recipients of the 2021 SRP in Q2 of 2022.
OECM launched the Supplier Recognition Program (SRP) Pilot in 2019 to acknowledge our top-performing supplier partners for their exceptional service and quality product offerings. For the 2021 SRP program, participating supplier partners will be evaluated within five key areas of focus: Supplier Partner Performance, Generated Savings and Value, Technical Strength, Agreement Performance, and Customer Satisfaction.
Supplier partner enrolment for this year’s program is now closed, however OECM customers are encouraged to participate in the evaluation process and provide their feedback on supplier performance. Please contact our dedicated Customer Support Team for more information.
