OECM is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Jeffs, Executive Director of the Council of Ontario Senior Business Officials (COSBO), to its Customer Council Committee, effective October 10, 2023. Brian joins the committee as an advisory member representing Ontario’s school board sector.
In addition to his current role at COSBO, Brian also sits as a Trustee on the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario Health Trust, as an Ontario Public School Board Association representative. Prior to retirement, Brian spent over 36 years in the University and K-12 education sectors at Western University, Lakehead University and the Simcoe County District School Board. He has served on a number of not-for-profit boards throughout the course of his career. Brian holds a Bachelor of Administration from Western University as well as a CPA designation.
OECM’s Customer Council Committee (CCC) serves as a direct conduit for customer engagement and influence at the Board level. CCC members provide strategic input to OECM regarding our customer-centric strategy, products and services, customer and supplier relationship management, service delivery approach, and more.
