Notice of RFP Cancellation: Office and Common Space Furniture

Earlier this year, OECM issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2019-324 for Office and Common Space Furniture and Related Services, with the intention of entering into agreements with suppliers to replace OECM’s current Furniture and Related Services agreements that are due to expire on November 30, 2019.

Upon completion of the RFP technical response evaluation, OECM has made the decision to cancel this RFP in its entirety. OECM will be consulting with its Project Advisory Committee (PAC) members and other Customers to re-assess the business requirements. We invite any of our Customers who are interested in participating in the process to reach out to OECM.

OECM plans to issue a new RFP for Office and Common Space Furniture and Related Services in mid November, with an anticipated award date of March 2020.

Customers with a signed Client Supplier Agreement (CSA): To ensure that there is no disruption to your current service, OECM will be extending the existing Furniture and Related Services CSAs for an additional six (6) months, following the November 30, 2019 expiry date. All CSAs terms and conditions will remain in effect and will now expire on May 31, 2020.
