OECM Launches 3rd Generation EUC Agreement, Delivering Greater Benefits, Enhanced Value, and Cost Savings for Ontario’s Broader Public Sector

January 23, 2025

Toronto, ON — OECM, Ontario’s trusted partner in collaborative strategic sourcing, proudly announces the launch of its third-generation End-User Computing (EUC) Products and Related Services Agreement. Since its initial introduction in 2012, the EUC Agreement has been instrumental in supporting Ontario’s Education, Municipal, and Broader Public Sector (BPS) customers. This re-tendered agreement ensures seamless service continuity and continued value and cost-savings, as the current agreement nears its expiration in November 2025, with no further extensions available.

A Legacy of Strategic Value, Tailored Solutions and Collaboration

“OECM is excited to introduce our third-generation EUC Agreement, reaffirming our dedication to providing high-quality, cost-effective computing solutions for our customers,” said Jim Hadjiyianni, President and CEO of OECM. “For over a decade, we have worked closely and collaboratively with our Education, Municipal, and BPS partners, as well as our supplier network, to develop an agreement that enhances choice, offers greater benefits and flexibility, and drives cost savings. OECM’s new EUC agreement provides access to Most Favoured Customer Pricing – available exclusively to OECM’s customers. OECM’s customers rely on us for consistent and exceptional service, procurement expertise, and innovative solutions, and this agreement delivers on that promise.”

Hadjiyianni further emphasized OECM’s commitment to customer support: “We take great pride in not only delivering a robust agreement but also in providing our customers with access to experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) teams, ensuring reliable and ongoing support throughout the agreement’s lifecycle.”

Expanded Supplier Network and Product Categories for Maximum Value

The third-generation EUC Agreement reflects OECM’s commitment to a rigorous, open, and transparent procurement process, ensuring full compliance with the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive and applicable trade agreements. This approach has enabled OECM to partner with eleven (11) trusted suppliers, offering an expanded portfolio of products and services to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

Building upon an already trusted network of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Dell, HP/HPE, and Lenovo, the new agreement now includes Acer, Apple, and additional industry leaders like Super Micro, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, and Hitachi. With eight (8) distinct product and service categories, the agreement streamlines the supplier selection process, making it easier for OECM customers to access the agreement with their preferred supplier.
