Two New Municipal Sector Advisory Members Appointed to OECM’s Customer Council Committee

OECM is pleased to announce the appointment of two new advisory members to its Customer Council Committee. Effective June 4th, 2024, Bryan Martin, Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk and Treasurer for the Township of South Algonquin, and André Morin, Director of Corporate Services/Treasurer for the Town of St. Marys, join the committee as municipal sector representatives.

Bryan Martin is the Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk and Treasurer for the Township of South Algonquin. A seasoned professional, Bryan has held similar roles at various municipalities throughout his career over the last 27 years. His expertise spans municipal governance, finance, and policy development, making him an invaluable asset to the communities he serves. Bryan also dedicates his time to community involvement, currently representing the municipality on the Algonquin Land Claim advisory group.

André Morin is the Director of Corporate Services/Treasurer for the Town of St. Marys, where he is responsible for finance, information technology, communications, and tourism. With over 20 years of municipal experience, beginning in his hometown of Atikokan, Ontario, where he served as Treasurer and five years as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), André was also the Director of Corporate Services for the City of Stratford and Regional Manager with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). André holds an Honours degree in Commerce from Laurentian University as well as both the CPA and CGA designations.

As an organization dedicated to serving the needs of the broader public sector, OECM values representation across various sectors, including Municipal and other public institutions.

OECM’s Customer Council Committee (CCC) serves as a direct conduit for customer engagement and influence at the Board level. CCC members provide strategic input to OECM regarding our customer-centric strategy, products and services, customer and supplier relationship management, service delivery approach, and more.
