Supplier Update

The Master Agreement with Deloitte has been amended to update compensation provisions for recovery services and to add liability and indemnification provisions for Advisory Services. 

• Schedule 1 Appendix B – Rates has been updated to clarify compensation for recoveries identified in periods previously reviewed by another provider and future recoveries identified using Deloitte’s proprietary methodology. 

• Schedule 2 – Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) has been updated to add liability and indemnity language for Advisory Services, including a liability cap tied to advisory service fees and provisions related to third-party claims arising from Customer actions.
