CM3 Environmental Inc. (CM3) is a boutique Ottawa based consulting firm that was founded in September of 2010. Its four founding partners have worked in the Ottawa area and have been providing environmental consulting services to our valued clients for over 25 years. CM3 specializes in providing environmental consulting services to organizations that own, manage, market or insure real property and buildings within the National Capital and Eastern Ontario Region. Our key service lines are contaminated lands consulting, asbestos consulting, designated substance surveys, indoor air quality, Radon Testing and mould consulting services.

CM3 personnel have a proven and unparalleled track record for working in a school environment, we are proud to have served most school boards in Eastern Ontario over the last 25 years. CM3 has been under contract with multiple school boards to manage their environmental projects including, but not limited to; asbestos, designated substance surveys, mould sampling and indoor air quality assessments at more than 250 schools within the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
