Debt Control Agency (DCA) is a national receivable management agency headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Founded in 2004, we have expanded throughout Canada by adding sites in Laval, QC and Kelowna, BC. These strategically positioned sites allow us to follow the times zones and provide coverage throughout Canada. Our sites are fully licensed and bonded.

Our sites are fully bilingual, 40% of our staff speak a second language, while 5% speak a third, allowing for a one-call resolution. Finding and retaining staff with the skills to successfully work in this industry is challenging. Our staff undergo extensive training prior to being assigned to their department. This allows for a multifaceted approach when providing customer support increasing employee retention.
