They are a volumetric modular manufacturer with a 300,000-square-foot facility at 950 South Service Road in Stoney Creek, Ontario, where it builds much-needed infrastructure using offsite construction techniques. It has critical modular manufacturing equipment and approximately 65 skilled trade and administrative personnel, many with decades of experience with modular construction.
