Miriton is unique within the consulting engineering field in that they offer mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, fully integrated with architectural design all under one roof. With every project undertaken, energy consumption is taken into consideration by studying the weather, solar orientation, shading, total cost of ownership, durability and the complete lifecycle of the design. InAIR also strives to reduce the impact on health and the environment by adapting leading-edge technology. InAIR also offers Life Cycle costing, Energy modeling, metering and ongoing verification performance. They can assist with a wide range of energy certifications and standards such as LEED and BOMABEST where the on staff CEM (certified Energy Manager) and LEED AP can educate clients on the programs and provides insight on rebates and grants that can be beneficial.
The team is divided into 4 main disciplines (Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural) with clear and regular communication between them. A PMO (Project Management Office) and a drafting team supports these main disciplines for efficient project delivery.
The workforce include professional engineers, geoscientists, project managers, designers, technologist and drafters. The staff’s expertise include Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Professional Engineers, LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Project Managers.
