These services include performing assessments and abatement programs related to asbestos containing materials (ACMs) and other designated substances such as benzene, lead, silica and mercury, and mould contaminated materials for interior and exterior areas of buildings.

Other strategic services also include indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, radon testing, compliance and due diligence for Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), risk assessments and training programs.

S2S has extensive experience conducting ACM Surveys and reassessments, Designated Substances Surveys (DSSs), and managing asbestos abatement projects on behalf of institutions and school boards across Ontario; S2S ensures that all asbestos work is completed in accordance with relevant Ontario Regulations (278/05 and 490/09).
